Complementary reports following the demonstration of thousands of people in Ahar indicates that the clashes have continued in to the night and has stretched to a number of streets. The anti-riot guards have been using teargas canister to disperse the crowd, but the youth and the demonstrators continue with fighting and dispersing and again fighting in another location.
The Azeri people uprising is against a degrading and insulting show aired showing a Turkish boy using a toilet bush to brush his teeth. This sparked a fierce outrage among the ethnic Azeri people provoking large demonstrations. The names of 20 arrested demonstrators have been announced.
