First candidate from Tehran wins only 4 percent of votes in runoff election

According to the announced statistics by the clerical regime, the runoff Majlis (parliament) election charade on Friday was absolutely boycotted by people.

Based on the statistics announced by the Interior Ministry, the first person in Tehran entered the Majlis with only 324,123 votes; the state run press wrote even if they considered the number of Tehran eligible voters based on the governorate statement which was 6,403,308 , it means the first candidate from Tehran entered the Majlis with only 4 percent of the votes.
