
EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton issued a statement expressing concerns over the military dimension of the Iranian regime’s nuclear program. The P5+1 countries have emphasized their increasing concerns over the military dimension of the mullahs’ atomic program, she announced.
The EU High Representative said she has met with political directors from China, France, Germany, Russia, the UK and US to weigh the disturbing situation of the Iranian regime’s nuclear program.
The P5+1 discussed recent developments regarding the Iranian regime’s nuclear program covered in the latest IAEA report, the statement added.
We have remained resolute and united in our efforts to reach a comprehensive solution consisting of the full implementation of UN Security Council and IAEA Board of Governors resolutions, Ashton continued.
Once again, we stress on the necessity of the Iranian regime’s full cooperation with the IAEA and responding to all its concerns, including those regarding the probable military aspect of its nuclear program, the statement added.
