
Various sectors of the Iranian society in the cities of Kermanshah, Semnan, Sari, Chahbahar and Taft of Yazd staged strikes, sit-ins and gatherings against the anti-human policies of the clerical regime.
In Kermanshah, the personnel of the Petrochemical Industry Company staged strike to protest against the hard and long hours of work, reductions of salaries, unpaid New Year bonus and the unfavorable services’ qualities; this is the second strike of these personnel in a week.
In Sari, northern Iranian city, a number of retired teachers gathered in front of the education office of the city to protest the unpaid bonus of the last year and other demands of the retirees in last several years.
In Semnan, a number of stockmen gathered in front of the governorate building and protested against the shortage and costliness of provender and the low price of products.
In Chahbahar, southeastern Iranian city, a number of farmers gathered in front of the governorate building and protested for the shortage of fuel for their agricultural well pumps.
In Taft, in the central province of Yazd, hundreds of the youth protested against handing the lands to individuals affiliated to the regime; the youth threatened that if the government didn’t change its decision, they would block Shiraz-Yazd main highway.
