
On the trend of increasing West sanctions against Iran, 15 current and former regime officials have been recently blacklisted by the UK Ministry of Treasury.
The UK Foreign Ministry said 15 current and former Iranian regime officials have been added to the list of British sanctions imposed against Iran, Kurdistan Media reported. This measure has been carried under out orders of the Ministry of Treasury, freezing all accounts and assets of these 15 individuals.
The names of Hassan Firuzabadi, head of the armed forces chief of staff, former intelligence minister Heidar Moslehi, public prosecutor and former intelligence minister Ghorbanali Najaf Abadi and former public prosecutor Saeed Mortazavi are seen on this list.
