In an interview with al-Malaf.net, Iraqi MP Taha al-Luhaibi said Ahmadinejad’s upcoming visit to Iraqi is not welcome because we will be facing none other than a murderer who acts in a way as if Iraq is a province belonging to Iran.
“Therefore, we are obligated to not welcome the trip by Ahmadinejad to Iraq. We will call on our government that this government has sworn to protect Iraq’s sovereignty and security,” he said.
“We have seen nothing from Iran but cutting off our river waters, flooding Iraq’s currency market with forged collars and supporting paramilitary forces that have no relations with Iraqis,” this Iraqi MP added.
“If the Iraqi government considers Ahmadinejad as a great supporter, Ahmadinejad must also know the Iraqi people see in you nothing but an enemy that is a murderer who provokes sedition and destroys their economy. God willing, you will not arrive in our country safely,” he added.
