Finishing its 3-day meeting in Cairo, the Syrian National Coalition declared they have reached an agreement on the mechanism to establish an interim government and appointing its president and cabinet members.
The SNC also decided to announce the names of members of this new body after the complete recognition of the SNC by the international community as the sole legitimate representative of the Syrian people.
