The Al-Watan daily, published in Kuwait, citing informed security sources, wrote: leaders of Iraq’s Special Groups have escaped to Iran from Baghdad and southern Iraqi cities.
According to Al-Watan, informed sources said that the big problems for establishment of security in the southern Iraqi cities were caused by these Special Groups.

Al-Watan wrote: The Special Groups are trained in Iran with the help of IRGC how to plant IEDs on the path of US and British armored vehicles, and how to use the optimized Katyusha rockets that are manufactured in the Iranian factories in order to use them to target the MNF-I military bases in Baghdad and southern Iraqi cities.
