Arak Petrochemical Plant workers who work in a polluted job environment and come in to contact with different hazardous chemical substances are in danger of getting serious diseases due to low safety standards and lack of proper medical and expert monitoring and treatment. Low quality nourishments and under standard health checkups have also become a contributing factor in deteriorating these worker’s health.
Because of the job environment pollutions, 3 workers have so far been afflicted with hepatitis or cancer recently.
