Paulo Casaca, the EU representative and Co-Chair of the Friends of a Free Iran, in an interview with INTV, asked EU and US to remove the PMOI off the terrorist list.

Mr. Casaca said: We have to end this terrible injustice of designating the most important Iranian Resistance organization, who are the Iranian regime’s victims of violence and terrorism, in the terrorist list. This meant appeasement towards mullahs and dealing with the real terrorists; the only reason that the PMOI was put in the EU terrorist list was the request by the British officials; this request doesn’t exist anymore and this is another reason that the PMOI designation in EU must be annulled.

Mr. Casaca added: I also believe that this issue applies to the United States too; the U.S., too, has to accept a clear judicial verdict for annulment of that designation.
