Following the provocative measures of the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence (MIOS) to flare up war between Shiites and Sunnis, the angry people of Zahedan, southeastern Iranian city, clashed with the suppressive agents of the State Security Force (SSF) and set fire to some of their vehicles.
The clashes occurred around Kousar circle where the angry people attacked the SSF vehicles, and while setting three of them on fire, clashed with the guards. The people also set several tires on fire and blocked the streets.
In fear of the protesting move, the clerical regime dispatched anti-riot special guards and security agents to the scene; they brutally attacked the people and started shooting at air.
Latest reports indicated that the streets and alleys ending to where the clashes occurred was surrounded by the anti-riot special forces and SSF agents, and a de facto martial law was set in Zahedan.
