In an interview with Al-Watan daily, French President Nicolas Sarkozy warned Iran: “We are now standing at a catastrophic cross road that is either Iranian bomb or bomb Iran. The Iranian regime must either give a positive response to the world community or choose international isolation.”

Sarkozy added: “If the Iranian regime doesn’t abide by its international commitments, it will face even more sanctions; Javier Solana recently presented the new 5+1 offer to the Iranian authorities that was generous and gave them all guarantees, but the Iranian regime hasn’t given a serious answer to this suggestion.”
