In an interview with Lebanese daily Al-Mustaqbal, Dr. Nadim al-Jaberi, one of Fadhilat Party leaders and member of Iraqi Parliament, warned: “The Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraq is very widespread; the regime seeks to pursue its policies under the cover of assistance to reconstruction of Iraq”.

Dr Jaberi added: “The region’s situation is shaky and there are tension points in it; and Iraq is the tension point in the Arabic region; there are skirmishes and disputes in Iraq which are because of the extent of Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraq.
