The VOA news reported on Jan. 4, that a number of Swedish members of Parliament from Liberal Party in a letter condemned violation of human rights by the Iranian regime.

They demanded release of political prisoners and sending a delegation from representatives of the UN, the EU and the International Committee of Red Cross to visit Iran and the prisons of Iranian regime. The head of Foreign Affair Committee of the Swedish Liberal Party and the party’s deputy are among the signatories of this letter.
