Reef Dimashq province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Oct. 28, 2016 – Missiles fired by regime forces targeted al-Abbasa in the western Ghouta amid artillery bombardment on the area. The regime forces also used barrels bombs on Khan al-Shekh region. Observers counted up to 20 barrel bombs saying those destroyed dozens of houses and buildings.
