On Dec 6, French news agency (AFP) reported that the NATO and the European Union vowed Thursday to keep up pressure on Iran despite a new US intelligence assessment, Belgium’s foreign minister Karel De Gucht said after a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

“Everybody agreed that we should not change our position,” foreign minister Karel De Gucht told reporters in Brussels after hosting talks with his NATO and EU counterparts.
