Iraqi and Iranian people Solidarity and Friendship Committee in Iraqi Parliament welcomed the British court’s ruling on removing the terrorist allegation against the PMOI and congratulated that to the Mojahedin.

The statement issued by the Secretariat of the Committee also stated: we have always believed that the PMOI is just resistance movement for establishing freedom and peace in Iran, and the organization has sacrificed significantly for this cause. We hope by delisting the PMOI a new balance in the region occurs which would lead ultimately to the establishment of stability in the region and security in Iran and Iraq.
