
12 Houthi rebels and forces loyal to the deposed president Ali Abdullah Saleh were killed on Monday, after the Saudi led Arab coalition bombed their stronghold, according to the Al-Jazeera Television.
Fighting has continued between the Houthi rebels and the Popular Resistance forces. Witnesses say Houthis are targeting potable water wells and residential houses.
In another front, the Popular Resistance Committee forces say they have captured parts of Al-Arish area belonging to the rebels in north of Aden. In addition a number of the Houthi rebels have been killed in these fighting.
