Yemen: plan to liberate Sana’a, campaign youths in Taizz

Asharq al-Awsat published a piece revealing a plan aimed at liberating Sana’a, the capital of Yemen by popular resistance and National Army forces following the liberation of Aden.
This 15-day plan is to be carried with air support provided by the Saudi-led Arab coalition.
“Forces loyal to the legitimate government, in coordination with the coalition forces, have prepared a strategy to carry out in the coming days. This strategy is focused on liberating most areas in Yemen from Houthi control,” said General Abdullah al-Sabihi, commander of the Aden liberation operation. He went on to further explain that military forces that will carry out this operation are 2,000 soldiers along with forces of the popular resistance movement and air support provided by the Arab coalition.
Furthermore, Al Jazeera reported youths and patriotic dignitaries west of Taizz staged a popular gathering in support of the popular resistance and National Army forces. Participants in this rally expressed their support for the resistance and National Army in cleansing all of Taizz and other cities across Yemen.
The Taizz military council called on all citizens of this province that can carry weapons to join the ranks and files of the popular resistance movement.
