Following indiscriminate artillery barrages launched by Houthis against residential areas in the city of Ta’izz in southern Yemen, the legitimate government of this country has issued a letter to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights describing the Houthis’ measures as war crimes and requesting the UN’s urgent intervention.
