Yemen: Houthis transfer hostages to Muscat

A plane carrying a delegation of Houthis and their hostages from different countries departed Sana’a for Muscat, capital of Oman to deliver the individuals to an Omani mediator, Al Arabiya TV reported. This measure is taking place based on an agenda scheduled by Saudi Arabia and the United States to end the hostage situation.
It is said that the hostages are all civilians. Two of the six hostages transferred to Muscat were Arabs, three Americans and one a British citizen. These individuals were abducted by Houthi militants nearly six months ago during the first days of Operation Decisive Storm.
