Arab coalition warplanes launched 3 major raids and airstrikes targeting the presidential palace in Sana’a, the capital of Yemen, Al Arabiya TV reported on Monday, September 7th. Furthermore, a base belonging to special forces in Hadda and Houthi positions in al-Nehza north of Sana’a were also severely bombed.
Sana’a was rocked from the sounds of heavy explosions, eyewitnesses said.
Arab coalition forces have carried out their heaviest attacks against Houthi militants and troops loyal to ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Salah in Sana’a, in which the al-haffa, Jabal al-Nahdein and Jabal Attan bases, and a fort belonging to reinforcement troops and special forces were all targeted.
