US investigating ISIS chemical weapon reports

The United States is investigating reports that ISIS used mustard gas in an attack against Kurdish forces this week. It reportedly happened near Makhmour in northern Iraq. The US believes ISIS is most likely is using mortar or rocket shells to deliver the chemical weapons.
