The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund, UNICEF, has announced that over 7 million Syrian and Iraqi children inside conflict areas are going to face a bitter cold winter. The UNICEF is unable to reach these children due to their appalling living conditions. UNICEF said in its report that lack of financial support for this NGO has made it unable to reach half of these children. Syrian and Iraqi needy children wouldn’t be able to receive warm clothing from UNICEF this winter.
