The United Nations Security Council condemned the beheading of a British aid worker by ISIS. The United Nations in its website wrote the 15 members of the Security Council strongly condemned the vicious murder of an English aid worker with ISIS and that this group is involved in mistreatment of thousands of individuals in Syria and Iraq.
