UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemned the Syrian regime’s military attacks against civilians, especially the use of barrel bombs in the city of Aleppo.
Air attacks against residential areas using barrel bombs are very unfortunate, Agence France Presse cited the UN chief saying in a statement.
Over 250 people, including 76 children, have been killed in six days of Syrian army barrel bombing of rebel-held held areas of second city Aleppo, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
