Turkish President Abdullah Gul refused to meet with Nouri Maliki at the sidelines of the Organization of Islamic Countries summit in Cairo, al-Taqeer TV reported.
The Turkish president’s refusal to meet with Maliki came at a time when Maliki’s government went the limits and had previously publicized for this meeting on a wide scale.
