Talks with the US officials on training moderate Syrian rebels have concluded and an MOU would soon be signed by the two sides, Turkish foreign ministry spokesman said. Talking at a news conference, the spokesman added that it has been agreed that the actual training would start from March. The details of the project would soon be released.
