The Turkish Foreign Ministry described the designation of Heidar al-Ebadi as the new Iraq Prime Minister as a positive and important step forward.
Saudi Arabia also welcomed the designation of al-Ebadi as premier and Paris called on him to quickly establish a national unity government.
