Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said there is an agreement between Washington and his country to provide air cover for the Syrian opposition if needed.
He mentioned that Turkey doesn’t intend to have ground intervention in Syria soil. Davutoglu emphasized Turkey’s operations will be limited to airstrikes and artillery attacks.
He went on to refer to the agreement Turkey and the US and said this agreement means the Syrian opposition is the international coalition’s military wing against ISIS.
