Reports indicate that more than 230 miners have lost their lives in a coal mine explosion in the city of Soma , west Turkey, with more than one hundred unaccounted for. Turkish PM said in a television broadcast that no stone would be unturned and no details would be overlooked in this disaster.
Search and rescue operations are continuing.
