London daily the Independent wrote that the British Conservative Party called on Prime Minister to impose further sanctions against the Iranian regime.
William Hague the conservative shadow foreign secretary in a letter warned that Iran by running three thousand centrifuges can produce enough uranium for nuclear bomb. Criticizing the delay for approval of further sanctions by the UN Security Council against Iran, he added it was set to enforce further sanctions against Iran six month ago; but not only it didn’t occur, the Iranian regime, violating the resolutions, has even reversibly increased the number of centrifuges and continues to do so.
Hague also called on the EU to strengthen international sanctions on Iran. He also welcomed efforts by the French President Nicolas Sarkozy and said it is a special opportunity for Europe to face the Iranian threat.
