INTV, 10 Nov 2013 – The Hamburg High Court issued a ruling condemning three Iranian businessmen and a German individual to prison terms for smuggling nuclear equipment to Iran and violating sanctions.
According to a German news agency they had sent 92 special valves, which can be used in nuclear facilities, from Germany to Iran during the years of 2010 and 2011.
According to this ruling, Gholam-ali Kianzad is sentenced to 4 years in jail and Hamid Kianzad to 2 years and 9 months in jail.
