Aleppo Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Aug. 22, 2016 – Warplanes carried out more intensive airstrikes on places in the areas of Ameriyah, Ramouseh and Faculties south and southwest of Aleppo, while missiles believed to be ground-to-ground launched by the regime forces and fell on areas in the town of Huraytan in the northern countryside of Aleppo, amid intensive shelling by the regime forces on areas in the towns of Anadan and Huraytan in the northern countryside of Aleppo, also the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Kafr Dael and Mansura in the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, while a child died affected by injuries he had when warplanes bombed areas in the Orem al-Kubra town several days ago, while factions targeted an armored vehicle belong to the regime forces at the air Force Academy area south of Aleppo, which damaged it and information about casualties in the ranks of the regime forces, amid continued clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them from Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities against Fath al-Sham Front, the Islamic Turkestan Party and the rebel and Islamic Factions in several areas south and southwest of Aleppo, accompanied by artillery and aerial shelling by the regime forces and warplanes targeting the  clashing areas and preliminary information about advancement for the regime forces in the area, as well as casualties in the ranks of both parties.
 
In Daraa Province, the regime forces targeted using heavy machineguns’ fire areas in the town Yadodeh in the countryside of Daraa, while a loud explosion was heard in Tariq al-Sadd neighborhood at Daraa city, at was caused by targeting a car using an IED by unidentified people, the car was carrying members of a rebel brigade in the neighborhood, which injured two fighters, also the regime forces shelled areas in the neighborhood of al-Arba’ein in Daraa al-Balad at the city of Daraa and other areas in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, injuring several people including children, also a fighter from the factions from the town of Dael in the countryside of Daraa was killed during clashes against the regime forces in Aleppo, while unidentified gunmen targeted using a improvised explosive device a car carrying members in rebel army at the Sheikh Saad area in the countryside of Daraa, which injured several fighters.
