The Council includes all local military councils in Anbar, Fallujah, Mosul, Salah-eddin, Tamim, Baghdad, Diyala, Abu-Ghuraib, Zaluiah and Sharqat.
The council has urged all tribal forces in 6 Iraqi restive provinces to join the Grand Council. It says that the collective Councils will be able to defeat any plots against the Iraqi people including plots by Maliki and his allies.
