A terrorist cell has been arrested in Riyadh, while another such group is on the run in Dharma Province near the capital, the Saudi Interior Ministry said in a statement.
Security forces in Riyadh arrested two of these armed individuals after a long battle. The two apprehended individuals, by the names of Ahmed and Mohamed Saeed al-Zahrani, are brothers. 500,000 Saudi Rials, equal to around $130,000 has been confiscated by the security forces from this terrorist cell.
A workshop used to prepare explosives and an explosive vests has been found from the cell in Dharma Province. The explosive vest was neutralized.
The terrorist cell in Dharma Province is on the run after the stole a vehicle from the local citizens.
