Talabani’s former adviser Kamran Qara-Daghi in an interview with Radio Farda rejected Ahmadinejad’s claim that the US brought terrorism to the Middle-East and said: “in my view these comments are not correct. Iran has a great influence among the Shiite armed militia groups.”
About the one billion dollar loan by the Iranian regime to Iraq, Qara-Daghi said “contrary to the loan offered by Japan, the loan offered by the Iranian regime is a conditioned. It means the Iranian companies will take part in the economic projects that will be run by this loan.”
