In latest Syria news agency, during the past few weeks the Qalamoun region has witnessed intense battles between rebels and Assad-Hezbollah mercenaries. The rebels staged a new operation taking over the radar battalion.
In this operation six Assad troops were killed and their equipment and weapons were all destroyed. In the meantime, rebels and Assad forces clashed near the city of Tabak that lead to a number of rebels being killed and numerous Assad forces dying.
