Syrian rebels in Aleppo in recent battles took over a base belonging to Iraqi militants stationed in the area to fight alongside Assad forces.
Residents of the city of ‘Mombaj’ near Aleppo sent video footages of their fear and concern regarding ISIL mercenaries in this city. These forces have carried out massacres and widespread arrests. The allegations these mercenaries raise against the city residents are that last year they provided support to Syrian rebels. These mercenaries also have carried out vicious raids and stormed people’s stores, looting all their goods.
Furthermore, international news agencies also reported heavy battles erupted around west of Aleppo where Syrian rebels clashed with Assad forces.
