Al Arabiya TV on Sunday, April 11th aired a report citing TIME magazine quoting US security officials on news that Syrian opposition forces are now armed with US-made shoulder-launched ant-tank missiles. This magazine refers to video footages posted on the Internet by Syrian activists early this month. TIME said the decision to arm the opposition came after approval from the US Congress. This weapon has been seen in Idlib Province in northern Syria and experts say one cannot estimate how many of these weapons have been distributed, or how and when they entered Syria.
