The Syria Revolution News Center reported ISIS forces were seen retreating from their bases north of Homs, Orient TV reported. In other Syria news, reports indicate heavy clashes erupted between rebels and enemy forces around this city, leaving at least 15 dead and 20 others taken prisoner. Furthermore, two enemy tanks were destroyed and these clashes erupted when the Assad regime and its militant forces began advancing towards this city. At the same time the Assad regime carried out artillery attacks in the city of Hole, leading to 6 civilians being killed and suffering from serious injuries. Women and children were seen among these casualties.
