According to Syrian activists the Assad regime has handed over its military bases in Aleppo, especially in the Hamidiya district, to Iraqi militant forces loyal to the regime. These activists have posted video footage on the Internet showing Iraqi militants, naming themselves the Iraqi Nobles Movement, are receiving training in the military engineering academy.
Near Latakia the Free Syrian Army has targeted Assad’s National Defense base with missiles, leaving behind many casualties and much destruction.
Assad forces gathered in the town of Fawa in Aleppo staged heavy artillery shelling on the city of Atareb.
