Kurdish fighting units announced that they have organized a joint command and control with Free Syrian Army, FSA and other Kurdish Pishmarga fighters to advance on the ISIS forces in Kobani. The advancing forces were able to regain back some of the areas that the so called Islamic State had captured in previous attacks. 28 IS forces were also killed in these advances which two ISIS commanders were among them.
In another attack south of Kobani, the FSA and Kurdish fighters were able to destroy one ISIS vehicle and kill 3 of them.
