Syrian rebels of the Levant in Hama and Damascus have staged heavy attacks against Assad forces, targeting and taking over the Hajez al-Kaziya in southern Hama. In this operation forces stationed in this base were killed and the weapons cache was seized by the rebels.
In Damascus the Levant fighters also targeted Assad forces in the Jobar district with mortar fire.
