Clashes erupted in Zebdani near Damascus: Al Jazeera reported on July 9th in clashes near the city of Zebdani west of Damascus a large number of Hezbollah militants have been killed, according to the Syrian opposition.
A missile launcher belonging to Hezbollah and Assad’s forces was also destroyed and they are still trying to fend off attacks against their positions in this city.

Aleppo bombed by Assad forces, scores killed & injured: The Assad regime once again dropped barrel bombs in Aleppo’s Tariq al-Bab region leaving 15 civilians killed, Al Jazeera reported on July 9th. Eyewitnesses said residential buildings near a mosque were targeted and dozens of others were injured. This area of Aleppo is under the control of the Syrian opposition.
