CNN report showing a Russian post in Syria being captured by the Syrian rebels reveals new details about Russia’s involvement in Syria. Josh Rogin, a reporter for ’Daily Best’ who has recently returned from Syria told CNN in Washington that Russian equipment and a large amount of documents shows that Russians and Syrians were working closely at this military base to spy on the opposition groups in favor of Assad regime. They also worked to collect data and spy on other regional countries including Saudi Arabia and Israel in favor of the Iranian regime.
