Syria: 3 Assad commanders killed in Dariya

Three Assad military commanders were killed in an attack by Syrian fighters on a northern airport in Dariya near Damascus that left more than 20 government troops killed, Al Jazeera reported. Various reports indicate at least three commanders, a sign of more casualties to come.
Local sources said Syrian fighters also took control over a number of buildings near the al-Maza military airport. Al-Maza is one of the most important command centers for Assad’s military and security forces.
