Senator Robert Menendez, Chairman of the US Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, said at a press conference in Kiev that the Russian soldiers and their weapons that are killing Ukrainian soldiers are behind these attacks.

Robert Menendez and the US Ambassador in Kiev met with Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko. The Ukrainian President accused Russia of direct aggression on Ukraine soil.
