The Saudi Interior Ministry reported an explosives workshop was discovered in Riyadh on Saturday.  A Syrian man and a young woman from the Philippines were arrested.
This Syrian man had rigged his home with high-explosive bombs and security forces spent 12 hours evacuating nearby homes and neutralizing the bombs.
The Syrian man arrested is Yaser Mohamed al-Barazi and he was using a young woman from the Philippines to sew and prepare the bomb vests.
Saudi security forces discovered two prepared vests in this raid.
In the meantime the Saudi Interior Ministry also reported the safe house of suicide elements were also discovered.
