All Russian planes will be banned from landing in Ukraine airports, Kiev said on Saturday. These prohibitions will begin from October 25th and includes companies that have regular flights to Ukraine.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine said Russian planes with Russian flags have no place in Ukraine airports and all Russian planes carrying soldiers, military items or dual-use equipment passing over Ukraine airspace will be banned.
The Kiev-Moscow transit line consisted of the most flights entering Kiev airport and according to estimates these flights consisted of 30% of all the flights in this Ukraine capital airport.
